Well, looks like they decided to call back.
Apparently it's Zellars/HBC (or someone representing them...the background noise was horrible as is the norm for a call centre). They're trying to get me to sign up for some sort of legal service. After saying it was a free service, at the end of the call they said they were going to charge $19.95 per month (at which point I declined).

I called this number back, and it says you've reached a "Do not call List". Then it asks for your 10 digit number to add to the "Do not call list".
Thanks for the advice...let's hope it stops!!!!
This number phones every 20 minutes starting at 10 am until late afternoon. My poor dogs can't stand the constant ringing all day!!
